Como escape de competição, não existe um db killer removível (restritor de ruído), grande parte do tempo é possível comprar como peças de substituição, não utilizar o DB Killer é ILEGAL e o cliente assume a responsabilidade se utilizar a moto apenas nos circuitos, sem bolsas, sem farolins, porta-placas ou outras peças que pudessem interferir com o ângulo diferente do acelerador após a transformação para a versão de competição. O abuso desta situação na estrada resultará na perda da garantia do produto e qualquer pedido de reembolso será rejeitado. A garantia é de dois anos a partir da compra, com direito a reparação mediante devolução à fábrica da GPR, ou ao distribuidor oficial mais próximo, a expensas do cliente. A GPR não fornecerá um novo silenciador, mas irá reparar o silenciador original. O cliente deve aceitar voltar a montar o escape original ou aguardar o tempo padrão para a reparação.
